Santa Barbara and Harvard University; spent two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Bolivia working with indigenous basket weavers in her late 20's; and has been living in tiny-house nature retreats (sometimes off-grid) since she began teaching yoga.

Christy's deepest hope is that we individually and collectively consider the impact of our every deliberation on the next seven generations and beyond—and that through wise thought, wise speech, wise action, wise livelihood, wise effort, wise mindfulness, and ongoing self-reflection we may co-create a more enlightened global collective consciousness so future of generations of all plant and animal species can thrive.
