Whether you’re new to yoga, ready to delve back into your practice after a long hiatus, or anywhere in between, this one-day autumn wellness retreat with Christy will offer the opportunity to slow down, drop in, turn inward and dedicate time and focus for your own highest wellbeing—in body, mind and spirit.
Join us to experience the joy of simply being and being enough just as you are as we reconnect with nature’s rhythms in a safe and supportive setting. All levels and ages welcome.
1-3pm: Opening Meditation + All-Levels Slow Flow Vinyasa + Extra Long Savasana
3-3:30pm: Break (you may want to bring a snack)
3:30-5:30pm: Restorative Yin Yoga + Pranayama (vital life-force breathing exercises) + Closing Meditation
