You're invited to join Christy for this two-night retreat dedicated to cultivating self-care as we begin 2026 from a place of mindful presence, deep inner alignment and compassion for ourselves and others. Held at a private, luxury, vineyard estate on nine private acres, amidst green rolling hills in Healdsburg, CA, we will enjoy luxuriously long "Slow Flow Vinyasa," Yin Yoga and meditation practices together; take time to contemplate and release that which no longer serves our highest wellbeing; invite in our deepest most heartfelt desires for ourselves and the world with intention but without attachment; and honor our fears, pains and losses. We'll share delicious and nourishing meals together within a chic and stylish setting designed to invite the outdoors in. And, of course, there will be ample time for soaking in the hot tub, unwinding in the 6-person cedar sauna, and an intention-setting evening ceremony around the stone fire pit. Limited to six participants.

Overnight spaces are sold out (waitlist only), but we have 2-3 "non-residential" spaces available for Saturday, Jan. 10th, 9am-5:30pm.
Non-Residential (for the day, Saturday): $225 (includes morning and afternoon yoga practices, lunch, and use of the hot tub and communal spaces)
Master Suite (king bed, en suite bath, private sitting room/office)
Single-Occupancy: $1575; Double-Occupancy: $1125/person
Private Suite (king bed, ensuite bath)
Single-Occupancy: $1375; Double-Occupancy: $925/person
Private Room (two rooms available) with Shared Bath (king or queen bed)
Single-Occupancy: $1150; Double-Occupancy: $875/person
Included: Accommodations; all meals; daily yoga, meditation and other sessions with Christy
A non-refundable $550 deposit will hold your space. Subsequent payments are also non-refundable unless we're able to fill the space. Payment schedule: 50% of the remaining balance due two months prior to the start of the retreat; final payment due one month prior to the start of the retreat.
