YIN YOGA

A meditative, restorative, rejuvenating practice consisting of mostly long, passively-held seated and supine supported poses and use of bolsters/props to safely stretch muscle and connective tissues, calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and open the meridians that vital life-force energy flows through. All levels (beginners welcome). SLIDING SCALE DONATION: $15-$25/person
