CLASS CANCELLED OCT 25 - NOV 4 A heating and strong but slow moving vinyasa flow practice emphasizing breath, building strength and flexibility evenly throughout the body, and using abdominal core strength to initiate every movement. Usually includes a brief meditation at the beginning and/or end of the practice. Level is intermediate to advanced. SLIDING SCALE DONATION: $15-$25/person
