We come together in person after an unprecedented year to practice, reflect, inspire one another and enjoy community after a long hiatus—and stand in solidarity in support of Black Lives Matter and fair and just treatment toward all.
The yoga practices at this one day retreat will be all-levels, accompanied by Christy's specially created music playlists, and interwoven with poetry of Rumi and other favorite readings.
The location is the same studio where Christy taught for 20 years leading up to the pandemic and which is now under new ownership. The two rooms have been turned into one large room to provide ample space for social distancing and ventilation. Attendance will be limited to 20% capacity, or 25 students. (Christy has been fully vaccinated.)
Please bring a sack lunch/snack and water bottle.
