POWER FLOW: 

Come sweat, flow, breathe, build strength, build stamina to the sweet sound of specially made music playlists on our rocking new sound system for a fun and energetic all-levels moving meditation that is also a heating and invigorating workout that builds strength and flexibility in body and mind. Teachers offer variations for students of differing levels and there's plenty of space for your own personal modifications.


YIN YOGA: 

Rest, stretch, slow down and rejuvenate with this luxuriously relaxing and meditative class that calms the nervous system, quiets the mind and safely opens muscle and connective tissues throughout the body so your prana or chi can flow more freely. Consisting mostly of supported seated and supine poses held for up to 3-5 minutes, Yin Yoga is all about releasing and letting go—in body and in mind.
